HS3 Network Solutions was founded in 2000. Members of our staff have worked within the Information Technology field since 1990. Telecommunications, financial, legal, and transportation are just a few of the industries that our staff members have experience in. We have been the "brains" behind many of the Fortune 500 companies' professional services initiatives.
HS3 Network Solutions was founded on the realization that
companies are paying far too much for their technology needs and the
belief that customers should expect more.
Why not only pay for the services that you need without all
of the extras?
The options up until this point were limited.
The most common being to contact a consulting company or
placement firm whenever problems arose at $135 to $175 per hour with
an average of $160 and twice that for after hours support, and even
more on weekends with the hope that the consultant assigned to your
problem is highly skilled and has experience in such matters.
Also, unless a retainer fee has been paid, many times an
engineer will not be available in the next day much less the
immediate hours to get your business back up and running smoothly.

What We Do

Aside
from a multitude of network services, including the ability to
ensure compliance with HIPAA legislation, we also offer the
ability to have access to a highly skilled senior IT
engineer/architect who will function as part of your staff, but will
not be on-site unless required. This service is called Managed Solutions.
In the event that a dispatch is required, on-site response
time is guaranteed to be within 3 hours during the hours of 8AM –
5PM or services will be charged at half price. 30 minutes to 1 hour response time will be the norm.
This remote support will come via phone, email, and any other
remote management means available.
