Whether you need assistance with IT outsourcing, full-time/part-time staff augmentation, have special project needs, or just need an unbiased 3rd party to assess your environment or review your plans, we're here to help.
We have pioneered a method to allow a company to have elite IT talent at a fraction of the cost. We are able to do this by allowing customers the ability to have access to a highly skilled senior IT Consultant/Architect who will function as part of your staff, but will not always be on-site unless required and/or desired. In the event that a dispatch is required, on-site response time is guaranteed to be within 3 hours during the hours of 8AM to 5PM or services will be charged at half price. This response time guarantee applies to any company within the DFW Metroplex. 30 minutes to 1 hour response times will be the norm. This remote support will come via remote management software, phone, email, and any other remote management means available.
*Secure Remote Management software will be loaded on company PCs and Servers if a Managed Solutions offering is selected. This will speed the resolution of problems and greatly reduce the need for higher cost on-site dispatches.

Note: Preventive maintenance does not include software, parts, or labor charges for upgrades, system repairs, or new projects.
Preventive Maintenance will begin after your systems have received a clean bill of health from our staff. Hourly rates will apply for any pre-existing issues.
For clients with a Preventive Maintenance contract, the following hourly rates will apply:
