HS3 Network Solutions offers the ability to
have access to a highly skilled senior IT Consultant/Architect who
will function as part of your staff, but will not be on-site unless
required. In the event
that a dispatch is required, on-site response time is guaranteed to
be within 3 hours during the hours of 8AM – 5PM or services will
be charged at half price. 30
minutes to 1 hour response time will be the norm.
This remote support will come via remote management software,
phone, email, and any other
remote management means available.
We have a high level of expertise in the following areas:
PC Support, Server Administration, Security, VPNs,
Networking, Database Administration, Data Backups, Project
Management, Disaster Recovery, and much more.
*Secure Remote Management software will be loaded on company PCs and
Servers if a Managed Solutions offering is selected.
This will speed the resolution of problems and greatly reduce
the need for higher cost onsite dispatches.
* Software charges may apply
depending on the infrastructure being used.
