Flat Rate Support for Preventive Maintenance of Existing Equipment

Offices with under 10 PCs - $149 per month for preventive maintenance

Offices with 10-19 PCs - $249 per month for preventive maintenance

Offices with 20-39 PCs - $399 per month for preventive maintenance

Offices with 40-60 PCs - $599 per month for preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance includes:
- Ensuring virus updates are current
- Ensuring virus scanning is catching all viruses on system
- System performance tuning 
- Adware removal and updates
- Ensuring Operating System Security Patches are current

Note: Preventive maintenance does not include software, parts, or labor charges for upgrades, system repairs, or new projects.
Preventive Maintenance will begin after your systems have received a clean bill of health from our staff. Hourly rates will apply for any pre-existing issues. 


For clients with a Preventive Maintenance contract, the following hourly rates will apply: (15% Discount off of normal hourly rates)
$102 per hour between the hours of 7AM - 6PM
$128 per hour between the hours of 6PM - 7AM
$153 per hour on Weekends
$255 per hour on Holidays

For clients with a Preventive Maintenance contract, the following Pre-Paid hourly rates will apply: (20% Discount off of normal hourly rates)
*Minimum purchase of 3 pre-paid hours
$96 per hour between the hours of 7AM - 6PM
$120 per hour between the hours of 6PM - 7AM
$144 per hour on Weekends
$240 per hour on Holidays
